Who writes the Keeping Kids in Motion Newsletter?

I’m Justin Cahill. I’ve been teaching Physical Education for 24 years. Seven years ago I needed to spark up my teaching, so I blindly started a Facebook page and blog called Keeping Kids in Motion where I posted ideas, lessons, and articles. Since then, Keeping Kids in Motion has a worldwide following of nearly 20,000 members across various mediums. My wife and I maintain our social media platforms, our boys help us develop ideas and videos and our daughter is “head editor”. Most importantly, Keeping Kids in Motion has created a platform for parents, teachers, and communities to share ideas and ensure all children we impact stay active and live a healthy lifestyle.
