Keeping Kids in Motion is rolling out another 30-Day Challenge for the month of May. Students will have a choice of 30 Random Acts of Fun which can be completed in any order.
Here are a few notes about the Random Acts of Fun challenge:
Each activity is different, ranging from fitness activities to letter writing, and building.
After completing their chosen Random Acts of Fun for the day, kids will color in the squares for each challenge completed.
If the kids want to repeat an activity already completed, great! Why not enjoy what you love!
Multiple activities may be completed in one day.

It’s our hope that our kids are purposely staying active at least 60 minutes per day. These activities will undoubtedly complement what they are already doing throughout the day.
Similar to the feeling you get from the well-known random acts of kindness, the reward for this challenge is completely intrinsic.
