18 Separate Google Slide Workouts with GIFS!
I created several exercise GIFs as a visual for our students. So now, along with the name of the exercise on a Google slide presentation, I add a GIF as well. This has been extremely helpful, especially for our younger classes. I've bundled up several slide presentations I use with my classes that you may find helpful. They include 18 different workouts. They include:

5 TABATA workouts - each exercise is completed for 20 seconds with high intensity or intensity that works best for the student followed by a 10-second rest. Each routine can be repeated up to four times depending on the level of fitness.
AROUND THE HORN DICE FITNESS - 4 workouts
Place four cones numbered 1-4 in each of the four corners
Partners begin at one of the 4 corners
Partner one rolls the dice
Partners run around that number of corners (cones)
Perform 10 repetitions of the exercise assigned to the corner
Partner two rolls the dice
Repeat steps 4 and 5
Continue for 3-5 minutes
How many times can partners run AROUND THE HORN?

AROUND THE HORN MUSIC FITNESS - 4 workouts - Around the Horn Music Fitness uses the same exercises. Instead of rolling dice, students run around the perimeter until the music stops. They report to the closest corner and perform the associated exercise.
FITNESS BLAST - 4 Workouts - another cool way for your students to pace themselves by running laps around the gym or outdoor space while performing 10 repetitions of one of four exercises. Each exercise uses a GIF for students to visually use as guidance. Fitness Blast includes 4 separate workouts. Here’s how it works:
Run a Lap
Complete 10 repetitions of exercise number 1
Run a Lap
Complete 10 repetitions of exercise number 2
Run a Lap
Complete 10 repetitions of exercise number 3
Run a Lap
Complete 10 repetitions of exercise number 4
REPEAT if time allows
ROLLING FOR BALANCE - 1 workout - I use the virtual dice on the slide or actual dice for each student. Roll the dice, then add them together. The sum of the two dice determines the balance students will perform. I usually have the students hold the balance for a count of ten or more.
